This training is a prerequisite for those
interested in volunteering and is also appropriate for anyone interested in
learning more about the dynamics of gender and domestic violence. Middle
Way House is seeking to train new volunteers to maintain the level of service
that they provide to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault.
Both men and women are strongly encouraged to attend. Preregistration is not
necessary. The training will be held from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Dec. 8 at
the Monroe County Public Library, 303 E. Kirkwood Ave., Rooms 1B &1C.
