David E. Albright Memorial Scholarship

and School of Global and International Studies

are pleased to announce the

David E. Albright Memorial Scholarship 2014-2015

                   To be eligible for this competition, students must:

§  be officially enrolled at IUB as a full-time undergraduate student (minimum 12 credit hours) with a major in the School of Global and International Studies

§  have a minimum GPA of 3.500 in your major at the time of the application

§  be eligible to graduate in May or August 2015

§  have a demonstrated record of "international passion and commitment" (see description of Personal Statement below)

§  maintain full-time enrollment (minimum 12 credit hours) at IUB in SGIS or in an IU-administered or IU-co-sponsored overseas study program for the 2014-2015 academic year

 

Submit all materials to:  global@iu.edu

Application materials required:

§  Application form (available online, see below)

§  Résumé or CV

§  Personal statement of international commitment

§  Two letters of recommendation from IU faculty members

 

* One (1) annual award of $1,000. *

 

For consideration, all materials (including letters of recommendation) must be received by:

4:00 p.m. on Friday, March 7, 2014
