Spanish Interpreters Needed

Volunteer interpreters are needed to provide short-term Spanish/English bilingual assistance to taxpayers, acting as a conduit between Spanish-speaking tax payers and volunteer tax preparers. Knowledge of tax preparation is not required. Volunteers participate in a mandatory training session and commit to a two to four hour shift at least once a week. City of Bloomington Latino Programs partners with El Centro Comunal Latino, AARP, and the Free Community Tax Service for this program.
