Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager is charged with creating a positive space for student and monitor engagement at the Hoosier Den.  Along with this responsibility, the Assistant Manager will be second in command in making managerial decisions. 

Monitor

A monitor supervises the facility activity during open hours. A monitor should be a student and will split duties fairly with the second monitor on their shift. A monitor should be attentive, well organized, able to multi-task, willing to maintain positive patron interaction and able to confront patrons during times of conflict.
