Spanish Language VITA Tax Assistance Program
El Centro Comunal Latino partners with the City of Bloomington to provide trained volunteers to help Spanish-speakers prepare tax returns and/or apply for Taxpayer Identification Numbers during tax season January-April. Volunteers participate in a preparation training session and commit to a 2-4 hour shift, 1-2 times a week at the Monroe County Public Library. Spanish fluency is required.
