Qualifications: Experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Manager or secretarial role; excellent communication and organization skills; demonstrated ability to prioritize, work independently, and exercise initiative. A successful candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office software applications, including Word, Access, and Excel. An ability to use Powerpoint and Publisher would be helpful, as well as a proficiency with social networking media. The ideal candidate will also have proficiency and experience with QuickBooks and Quicken, and be able to assist with basic bookkeeping and monthly accounting.
