Interfaith Winter Shelter seeks Executive Administrator

POSITION: The Interfaith Winter Shelter Executive Administrator (EA) will be responsible for administrative oversight of shelter sites, providing for up to 40 homeless adults from 9 pm until 7 am from November 1, 2010 through March 31, 2011. The Administrator will be responsible for all logistics, internal and community-wide communication and public relations, financial management and planning, volunteer coordination/ scheduling/training, data gathering and analytics of region's homeless population, community building within the volunteer group and among all the interfaith participants, accountability to the grant funders and interfaith community.

COMPENSATION: $3,000/month @ 20 hrs/week.

QUALIFICATIONS: 2-5 years of hands on experience managing all aspects of an organization, preferably in the nonprofit sector. Financial management and budgeting acumen required. Superb logistics management capability and organization are mandatory. Strategic thinking capability and problem solving skills are required.
