The FLAS deadline is fast approaching!

The FLAS deadline is fast approaching!

The Center for the Study of Global Change reminds all undergraduate and graduate students who plan to apply for academic year and summer Foreign Language and Area Studies (FLAS) Fellowships that the deadline is FEBRUARY 1.

Given the global scope of the Center's programs, languages eligible for FLAS support are not restricted to any one geographic region of the world. In fact, the Center will consider granting FLAS scholarships to study most any modern language, as long as the language instruction benefits and furthers research that is global in scope.
