Holi Festival

Holi is one of the most festive holidays celebrated in Indian culture. The festival of colors is a day to dance, eat lots of delicious food, and throw colored powder to symbolize the coming of spring and bringing good harvest. Holi typically falls on the day after the first full moon in the month of March and is a day full of laughter and fun! We invite you to a free event to enjoy ethnic cuisine, performances, henna, and a color fight! If it rains, the celebration will be held at the Asian Culture Center with indoor activities and games minus the color fight. If you have any questions, please contact Priyanka Dube at acc@indiana.edu .
