Mindfulness at CAPS:
Mindfulness practice has been shown to reduce stress, anxiety, chronic pain and negative emotional states. It can improve attention, positive emotional states, and immune system responding.
EVERY WEEK THIS SEMESTER– Mondays & Wednesdays, 2:00pm and Tuesdays & Thursdays, 10:00am

Don’t forget - you can encourage students of concern to use “CAPS Now” - a 30 minute appt. scheduled typically within 48 business hours by calling (812) 855-5711. As always, we invite IU faculty/staff to continue walking students of concern to CAPS for emergency assessment.
