| *** This is open to current IU Students only *** Answer bursar billing inquiries from students and 3rd party users via incoming telephone calls. Hours are 27.5 per week ($13.50 per hour), Monday through Friday 9 AM to 3 PM or 11 AM to 5 PM. No weekend work is required. |
| Applicants must be responsible, dependable, and detail-oriented; possess strong analytical skills; and be able to maintain strict confidentiality. Prior customer service experience, basic math proficiency, and a tolerance for repetitive work are required. Applicants must be comfortable using a variety of computer programs and be able to perform efficiently in an environment with frequent interruptions and distractions. Applicants must be willing to make a firm commitment to work throughout the entire summer project (June 30 through August 15).
