I am excited to announce that the application is LIVE for
the Sony Scholarship (a SONY equipment package valued at over $1200, which
includes a new Sony VAIO laptop). Please distribute this message widely
to students in your school or department. This scholarship is for IU
students at any campus, requires strong academic performance at
IU and is a fantastic opportunity for current students.
Sony Scholarship Program
The Sony Scholarship is the result
of a partnership between UITS and Sony. The Sony Scholarship will place
the tools to succeed directly in the hands of a select few of our most
deserving and exceptional students. The scholarship rewards the efforts of five
current IU students who have achieved academically as well as have demonstrated
financial need. Selected recipients of the Sony Scholarship will receive a Sony
equipment package including a VAIO PC Notebook and related equipment, valued at
over $1200. The application is due March 21. For more
