Human Trafficking Internship, FAIR Girls

FAIR Girls is accepting applications for the following positions:
Prevention Education & Outreach Intern:Selected applicants will work directly with the Maryland Program Coordinator to coordinate, facilitate, and track FAIR Girls' human trafficking prevention program in Baltimore City Public Schools, group homes, after school programs, and youth shelters. The program, Tell Your Friends (TYF), is a four-part series of multimedia prevention and education workshops targeted to Baltimore youth.
Counselor/Social Work Intern: Selected applicants will conduct case management and supervised therapy with girls who have been, or are at risk of, being sexually exploited. Under the supervision of the Maryland Outreach and Direct Services Program Manager,internswill provide client-centered, compassionate care and help clients secure housing, food, legal services, medical care, counseling, and other services.
Interns are asked to commit a minimum of 15 hours a week. Internships are unpaid; however course credit can be arranged.
