Cry of the Children is a local organization that works to improve the quality of life for adolescents by providing step dancing and other programs and services. Volunteers are needed to help with preparing and serving Cry of the Children's 5th annual Thanksgiving meal on Nov. 12, held at the Salvation Army. Donations of food for the meal are also welcome. They will have 30-minute volunteer slots for those who have busy schedules, allowing a small time donation to make a big difference in your life and the lives of others. Adults and teens welcome.
