Global Gifts is in need of enthusiastic volunteers, as the store is largely volunteer-run. If you are passionate about other cultures, enabling impoverished people in the developing world, promoting fair trade, fair wages, and environmentalism, then Global Gifts is a great volunteer opportunity for you! Volunteers provide valuable customer service, assist in store operations, and spread the mission of fair trade. Attendance at a volunteer orientation is required; the next one will be at 7 p.m. on Nov. 9 at the store, located at 122 N. Walnut Street.
