Join the RPS family as an RA or CommUNITY Educator!

Would you like to get to know more IU students just like you? Do you want to work with people and plan cool events? Are you looking for a supportive network of peers and mentors?
·         Resident Assistants (RA) have a variety of responsibilities including knowing each resident in their community, helping them to create a positive community identity, planning social and educational programs, and familiarizing students with university and residence hall policies.
·         Community Educators (CUE) have a variety of responsibilities including planning and presenting a variety of programs related to issues of diversity and social justice, collaborating with student government, RAs and other groups on campus to promise the aims of the RPS Statement on Diversity.
·         RAs & CUEs develop professional administrative, networking, communication, and collaboration skills from working with faculty, staff, and other IU committees and offices, as well as a variety of other transferable skills.
