IU Cinema Events

Dr. Monika Treut, IU's filmmaker-in-residence and Max Kade Visiting Professor will be present for just two more events at the IU Cinema this week before returning to her next production!

TODAY (Oct. 24) @ 7pm:  VIRGIN MACHINE (1988, 86 min.) Come see this classic that made Treut famous! The young journalist Dorothee leaves Germany for San Francisco to research romantic love...What does she find there? Treut will be present for a Q&A after the film!

TOMORROW (Oct. 25) @ 7pm: KINSEY SHORT FILM PROGRAM (100 min.) For the first time, the Kinsey Institute opens its doors to graduate student curators! Monika Treut will host the evening of rarely screened short treasures from the Kinsey Institute's film collection.

Tickets for both events are free and can be picked up at the IU Cinema starting 30 minutes before showtime. For advance tickets, please visit the IU Auditorium box office!!
